For emergencies requiring fast response, we offer prompt 24/7 emergency service.

These services are often necessary in cases of “server down” or in situations that prevent employees from performing their duties.

For ActiveWatch^® clients, we schedule a technicians to arrive at a client's site within one to eight business hours and somewhat longer times for customers without a plan. For ActiveWatch^® Platinum clients, our technicians are dispatched immediately to emergency service issues and in most cases arrive in little more than “driving time” to your location. Once on-site, we work quickly and accurately to minimize the effects of problem and repair the cause of the problem. Our response time is typically is 1 to 2 hours or less for clients with one of our ActiveWatch^® plans and 4 to 6 hours for customers without a plan.
